BIOEFFECT is a Scandinavian skincare brand founded in Iceland in 2010 by three leading scientists. After a decade of research, they discovered a revolutionary way to bioengineer a plant-based replica of naturally-occurring EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor), and BIOEFFECT serum was born.
