Anti Blemish perfection

This was the very first foundation I bought that I was colour matched and is suited to my skin type. It was also the first time I bought an expensive, quality foundation. I don't regret the decision and I've purchased it many many more times since. My skin is quite pale and fairly normal but can be dry/ dehydrated. I get adult and hormonal acne and rosacea. The foundation is quite light in texture and I was concerned it wouldn't cover my spots or give a full enough coverage on my whole face. I needn't have worried. It is blendable and buildable to a medium/ full coverage. It didn't make my blemishes stand out, it blended over them nicely and camouflaged them. It also didn't make my breakouts worse. If anything the more I wore it the better my breakouts became. I definitely didn't find it to be cakey or catch on any dry spots. It seemed to perfectly conceal everything and left me looking and feeling like I had the skin I'd always dreamed of. When I use it I start by washing my face and applying a Primer. I choose a Clinique redness solutions primer. It perfectly tones out my rosacea and also helps to take the redness out of an pay spots I have. I then dot the foundation on my face and use my fingers to blend it. It gives a beautiful, seamless finish and I love it. I do sometimes use a powder over the top but I generally just wear the foundation on its own. It doesn't have a scent and I didn't have any reactions or irritations when using. I highly recommend it and i will continue to keep using and loving it.

Blemish covering dream

I never really had problems with pimples as a teen. I had them but I was a teen and expected it. As an adult though I found that I was getting hormonal acne and spots every now and then. I think it's more of a problem because I'm now 36 and get frustrated that it keeps happening. This was the very first makeup product that I had a consultation to choose right shade and spend good money on. That was over 10 years ago and I've never looked back. I sat with the person at the counter and went through my skin and its problems and what I wanted out of the product. My skin is dehydrated, a little sensitive and temperamental. I'm also very pale. I was directed to try the Anti Blemish solutions foundation and I love it. It's quite a thin formula and I was concerned everything would show through. I need not be though. I found it to be very light and natural looking. Even when layering it to make it a fuller coverage it didn't look thick or cakey. I found that it blended so nicely over any spots or imperfections that I have and leaves me feeling confident. Another thing I really like is that it didn't make my breakouts worse by wearing makeup. In fact over time the more often I wore it the better I found my breakouts and spots to be. I had zero irritation and reaction which is great. It stays in place all day and I didn't have any problems with it sliding off or getting too shiny. I did choose to set it with a powder. I didn't have too many issues when I just wore the liquid foundation but I like the addition of powder. The bottle is a nice shape that's skin coloured with writing that's easy to read and stands out. It has a silver screw top lid which is nice and solid. It does have a 'nozzle' on top. I usually prefer a pump but it's not too bad. I do worry that with the foundation being so light that it will run out and go everywhere. I do like that the bottle is plastic not glass though. Nothing worse than buying and expensive product and dropping and smashing it. Overall I have no complaints about it and think it's pretty great. Something I have purchased many times and will continue to do so.
