This was originally recommended to me by my hair dresser, and it has absolutely saved my hair! Like my hair GROWS NOW. I've gone back and forth from blonde over the years and was really struggling with dry, dull hair, as well as trying to get my natural curls back - This is without a doubt the product that has made the biggest impact. I use it every week or two and leave it in for an hour and it deeply moisturises my hair without leaving it feeling oily or too heavy. Afterwards it feels silky and soft and smells amazing. This mask is the sunscreen of my haircare routine now - no matter what products i try or change, this is a constant for my hair health. I would absolutely recommend for anyone with damaged hair, hair they're trying to grow long, curl rehab, or if you want to try something new that's phenomenal
