Apply Physical Sunscreen every morning, as the final step in your skincare routine. Shake before use and apply a ¼ teaspoon amount of Physical Sunscreen to the face, adding more for exposed neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area.
Apply the sunscreen at least 20 minutes before sun exposure, and reapply during the day for maximum protection. If in direct sunlight, the sunscreen should be reapplied every 2 hours. Use fingers or a beauty blender to pat the sunscreen over makeup throughout the day

Worst sunscreen ever
This sunscreen is terrible. It separates in the tube and no amount of shaking will get it to mix. It does not sink into my skin and leaves a horrible white hue to my skin unlike other high end sunscreens. Don't waste your money.
