Great product but how do I open it??
This is the second time I've bought the pump pack. I love this scrub and have ben using it for years. However, both times my pump hasn't worked. Not just me - other people have tried to get it working. This is a design issue that needs to be addressed. Love what's inside but get that pump working please!

I tried a small tube of this brilliant product and very quickly added it to my permanent skin care routine. It certainly lives up to the glowing reviews. My skin feels smooth and very soft after using this, I'm absolutely sold!
