A lot goes a little way
I wish I had known before purchasing this product that you require a lot of it to effectively wash your hair. First go I pumped out about 4 pumps for my thick hair, the consistency was almost like water, when I applied it to my wet hair it pretty much disappeared... Another 4 pumps and I got a slight lather. Rinsed, washed my hair again with probably 12 pumps this time around. Applied the conditioner which really is nothing to go on about. I have to say, if you're going to spend this much money on a product, you definitely expect a better result. I'm completely underwhelmed and disappointed.
