The success of the serum is in part down to the inclusion of propanediol. In cosmetic terms, propanediol serves as an emollient and solvent, with the capability of soothing and softening the skin, while upon application it creates an occlusive film over the surface of the skin to prevent dehydration.
Free from various allergen related elements including silicone, nuts, gluten and soy, the serum not only protects the skin and reduces the signs of ageing but helps reject the harmful properties of other particles commonly found in the air, such as cigarette smoke and air pollution. Apply it on its own or following other water-based treatments on a regular basis to quickly see the effects.
Apply alone or after water-based serums, before oils or heavier creams. Alternatively, mix with other treatments to enhance their antioxidant capacity significantly. Do not use with highly acidic formulations such as suspensions of ascorbic acid.
