5My favourite scrub I've ever used. I use this product around twice a week, scrub my face with it then leave it sook in as a mask, allowing it to penetrate. Skin is always clear when having this product in my skin regime.

Perfect in moderation
5This is by far the best scrub I have come across after years of bad skin. You can really feel the dead skin coming off as you wash it off. I feel like this is too harsh to use every night. So maybe keep it to about 4/7 nights. Your skin feels smooth and radiant after use, and you can really feel all the skincare products you apply really absorb into your skin.

Finally clearer skin on my back!
5Since stopping the pill the skin on my back flared up horribly with tiny pimples all over and some painful larger blind pimples. I thought it would eventually subside but after months and months it was just getting progressively worse. I tried taking zinc, gelatin protein powder and lots of other things and nothing seemed to be helping. I started using skinstitute scrub every day and after about a month my skin cleared up so much!
